Bella is a well known public speaker and social influencer raising her voice towards socio-cultural-political issues. She provides technical support and strategic direction to the Arcoiris Timor Leste. ​Azu joined in the year 2020 and has been a passionate community member who is motivated to support his peers across the country. Coming from an agriculture-based family in Maliana. He has faced discrimination all his life because of his gender identity and sexual orientation, it didn’t deter him from living a life he chose to live. He is an ardent supporter of freedom of expression and choices of lives.

She is a hardworking team member who is diligent and keeping the organizational books in order. She is also leading the procurement process as per the organizational policies.

Iram has completed nearly 28 years as a professional in the development sector while focusing on gender and rights, LGBTIQ+, women’s health, reproductive and sexual health, HIV and adolescent health. She’s a human rights activist possessing skills in management, monitoring & evaluation, participatory action research, advocacy and networking. She works as a consultant with UN and other international agencies.

Connecting and mobilizing LGBTIQ+ community. Her strength and dedication to living an independent life has greatly helped in winning the fight against her family, who few years back opposed to her life but later accepted her as she is. She is inspiring many young women like her who are facing family rejection and social pressure. Her economic independence brough respect within her family.

Silvia holds a Certificate I- Bachelor Degree of Education in University of UNPAZ, Faculty of  Economics-Department Accounting, (with specialization in Accounting & Finance), Dili (2011-2015), and a Certificate I level in Administration from Fundasaun Hamahon, Bebora Dili, Timor-Leste (2010). She is a dedicated person, keen learner and reliable. She has worked with many NGOs prior joining the organization.

Project Officer for Diversity and Inclusion. Her focus is community engagement through organizing awareness campaigns & connecting with LGBTIQ+ family members. Her contributions in promoting family acceptance and encouraging them to give equal respect to LGBTIQ+ members without any discrimination are commendable.

Also Responsible for raising discourse against gender based violence & implementing programs in the municipality of Ainaro.

Project Manager, implementing strategies focusing on generating awareness, sensitization on SOGIESC and human rights issues; promoting equal rights for all particularly the rights of people with Diversity i.e., LGBTIQ+ community in Timor-Leste. He is playing a pivotal role is strengthening organizational work in Oe-Cusse region. He is working closely with local administration, local leaders, high school students and teachers. He is responsible for coordinating emergency support for LGBTIQ+ members.
